Contracts & Renewals
Supply and issue professional tenancy agreements (including renewal agreements), addendums and any additional documents required for your tenancy.
Deposit Protection
We hold and register the tenancy deposit under a government approved scheme and manage any deposit claims at the end of tenancy.
Maintenance & Repairs
PropertyFlo offers a panel of accredited contractors to carry out repairs We also oversee any major work projects.
Inspections
Routine inspections are carried out bi-annually for each tenancy.
Compliance
Fully certified contractors are used to carry out any compliance inspections. We will keep you up to date with any change in legislation that applies to your asset.
